Empty data sets? about openml HOT 4 CLOSED

Hi,

Those came from a DM Challenge. I planned on experimenting on them but just
never did.

These can be removed I guess :)

I don't think we should remove these data sets, as they do have features and instances. There are simply not recorded in the data_quality table. I wrote a script that can update the data quality table with new records, however I never ran it on the live server on old data sets (only on new data sets). I will run this script, and make sure that the most important meta features are recorded consistently on all data sets. (Probably later this week)
