Any acquired locks are supposed to be released after each test method (see LockingFixture#releaseAllLocks()). A warning is logged if an attempt to do this fails. This method was called several times but I saw only one such warning reported with this message:

"Error occured during transaction: No active lock with id '285'"

The lock had expired, so this is ok.

Is there a way for you to check if any locks remain active when the test run completes? There shouldn't be any. I added a CONFIG logging statement in releaseAllLocks that identifies the locks it is attempting to release.

We were unable to reproduce the error because the servers are no longer available.
