To investigate at the same time:

These autoinstall logs are super wierd:

[CLI] ✔ Installing packages...
[CLI] ❯ repoDir is set to: /d/repo/openfn/cli-repo
[CLI] ℹ Looked up latest version of @openfn/language-common: found 1.12.0
[CLI] ❯ Using latest installed version of @openfn/language-common: 1.11.1
[CLI] ℹ Skipping @openfn/[email protected] as already installed
[CLI] ✔ Installation complete in 1.187s

I asked it to use common
It looked up the latest common, which is 1.12
It then claimed to use the latest installed version of 1.11
It then said it wouldn't bother to installed 1.12
I think it's fair to use the latest available version if no version is specified. If @latest is explicitly specified then yes we should check. But otherwise we should check the repo and use the latest available.

This takes 1.8 seconds probably because it needlessly calls up to npm,

I think I can reconcile all this quickly

from kit.
