Release 7.0.0 about feign HOT 8 CLOSED

How many of the release branches are getting active releases? I can kick off some pull requests to try out the new plugin.

None are getting regular releases, but I think we can make things regular
by saying "last 2" ex. now 7.x and 6.x

@tbak You won't need to create a 7.x release job (the job dsl on cloudbees will handle that) or close and release the oss sonatype staging repo (the plugin lets bintray do that).

And another question. I have the default for the new plugin setting sourceCompatibility to 1.7. Do you want that or do you want to keep it at 1.6?

Build changes moved in. Created new Cloudbees jobs under the NetflixOSS/feign folder. And feign is now on jcenter which will push it to mavenCentral: https://bintray.com/netflixoss/maven/feign/view.
