May be it's time to update openexr for opencv5 AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr#616

IMHO It is not opencv but 3rdparty/openexr/Imath/ImathVec.h

the issue persists, you may need to modify the OpenCV source code directly to remove the dynamic exception specifications. This could involve changing function declarations and removing the throw (Iex::MathExc) part.

Thanks all, yeah throw (Iex::MathExc) needs to be removed manually. Good to hear that we are moving away from this 3P.
