OpenCV conflict problem for Window popup about opencv HOT 3 OPEN

@ElinLiu0 Can you tell more elaborately what do mean by 'doesn't pop-up as expected'. Is it not opening at all? Because right now if I comment out your custom pipeline import statement and it's working fine. I should do clone your repository and use your import statement as it's not directly available via pip.

Well it's not open a window when cv2.imshow(frame) has been called.The pipeline is working fine and properly.
For how to install CV-CUDA,you can check out NVIDIA CV-CUDA Repo to install this package for reproduce.

But technicaly it won't happend,but cause when i using CPU pipeline,the window popup as expected.The WSL Kernel currenlty supported wslg,so there is no way that this bug happened,but bruh....It happend to me : (
