It would be great if the scripts have documenatation as well. In addition
the README.md should detail the mapping used from each database entry to
atomspace representation, the type of truth values used, and a brief
description why the choice was made for both.

Imported scheme files with new scheme files are listed in agi-bio/scheme-representaion.
Python scripts used to generate the bio scheme fles are in knowledge-import with associated source files.
