I can not reproduce this. However, I did not match your Opencast version in my tests. While I doubt that that is a factor, I might try this later.
Can you be a bit more specific about what exactly you are doing? Do you really click "Delete" or confirm using the enter key? How exactly did you bring up the dialog?
Also does the developer console say anything useful/interesting?
