As of 9d66357 there is a source code for a bookmarklet in contrib/bookmarklet. When added to the bookmarks bar and applied to a webpage it will load the Annotator into the page attached to the body element.
Current issues:
- There is not global store to connect to. Currently annotator-flask-store only works with a single webpage. There is no way to save and request annotations based on individual web pages.
- There is no authentication. We need to tie the annotations to a single user with authentication.

Update on above issues.
- annotator-store can query by url. See http://openshakespeare.org/work/annotate/comedy_of_errors for example.
- The store (annotateit.org) needs to have a user interface to create user accounts and embed the user details into the bookmarklet for the user to save.
