This project has been discontinued because Telefónica (spanish Telco) decided to stop supporting it's development.

Open365 was developed by a Spanish company, acquired by Telefónica, later business reasons led to cut the funds for the project.

Dont exist comments of principal contributors and not upgrade to repository in nine months the status is Pending or pausing, it's necessary waiting for news.

@jcarlosn : Why you don't open a new issue and you add several member with owner mode ? You can contact openeye project too... they will be interesting in getting the project and developping it. You can ask another organization, like the FSF or another project which has quite same goal as you had.
