allow pairs inputs about distiller-nf HOT 4 OPEN

Is this possible (yet)? I used pairtools merge and would like to use distiller starting from pairs files. If not possible, I would love to hear suggestions for the best alternative!

I don't think anything changed in this regard...

But actually this should work with the snakemake version of distiller! Probably you'd have to pretend that you have some fastq files... but that could be fixed in the future too, I think.

I think you might be the first person after me to try it after major updates I introduced recently, so might be a little rough around the edges. Hopefully nothing major, feel free to report any issues on github there.

The config should be exactly the same as for this distiller (plus an additional section if you want to automatically upload results to resgen), and I think file structure/naming at the later stages after pairs is also the same. Place your pairs files in the location they would have been generated, and describe the samples as you would if you had fastq files... and add some fake file paths to fastqs.
