Hi, Yuanjun and @Minju-Jung, sorry for late reply.

1, Yes, it is a mistake.
We use Openpose to extract human skeletons. Openpose first detects all joints of all people, and then group them into skeletons. Sometimes, Openpose successfully finds a few joints, but they are not enough to combine into a human skeleton. In this case, Openpose outputs empty skeleton values over all time step. Obviously, this video should have False "has_skeleton". We will check and update the dataset later.
2, That is a normal situation. In the "0" frame you mentioned, Openpose cannot find any human skeletons. You can use interpolation or tracking methods to fill them if that is necessary for your tasks.
