I have the same issue, but it dates back farther than 4.1.4. I cannot get any GSF ID's that I create with DummyDroid to work. I can use Raccoon4 perfectly with my main Google account that is set up on my phone.
Here is the useragent I use for the account that works:
Android-Finsky/7.4.12.L-all (versionCode=80741200,sdk=25,device=OnePlus3,hardware=qcom,product=OnePlus3,build=MMB29M:user)
