Some downloads result in DF-BPA-33 error about raccoon4 HOT 2 OPEN

I can download that hotwheels app just fine.

I'm not quite sure, but I seem to recall that you can get in trouble, if your device (Raccoon in this case) has a "weird" system time (e.g. in the future). This can happen if timezone and local time don't match.

Hmm, the VM that has the Raccoon software has its clock synchronized via NTP, and I've manually confirmed that it's accurate. I've even tried changing the time zone to "Europe/Berlin", as I've seen a reference to that in the code. But that didn't affect things either.

I'd say that I have about an 80% success rate across all apps that I've tried, with the remaining apps nearly all giving the DF-BPA-33 error. And for those that do give the DF-BPA-33 error, it happens 100% of the time. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Attached is a screenshot comparing the "purchase" requests from one that fails (top) and one that succeeds (bottom). The device ID and Auth keys are the same, and both requests occurred within a minute of eachother. But for com.hutchgames.hotwheels (and many other apps), the Play server responds right away with a 500 error.
