Edition permission and document save about onlyoffice-sharepoint HOT 5 CLOSED

Partially resolved, for some reason, the other AD account was admin of sites collection but in the user right management of the site, it has only limited access... So it wasn't a problem for MS office to modify documents, but was one for onlyoffice. After modified rights to full control, I can modify docs with onlyoffice.

Now the second problem is still here, the onlyoffice documents modifications are only available with onlyoffice and not with ms office, document seems not saved correctly in sharepoint

I find this in the logs, when I edit and save a document :

C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\Log\docservice\out.log

error.log is empty
