It would appear that, based on your gene def, there are no bids to make yet.
How long has it been running for? what does bid_maker.py say regarding
position opportunities?
Also, you may want to take a look at issue #42 for some possible insight as
well.

It's been running for about 4/5 days now. With regard to the bid_maker.py
output.....
bid_maker: quartile: 4 (7414.3489) +active
bid_maker: inverse MACD result (target): 32.7688949852
bid_maker: last buy order was 5196 periods ago.
bid_maker: score: 7407.45196453
----------------------------------------
bid_maker: trigger criteria not met, no bid set.
Buy :$ 0.0
Target :$ 0.0
Input Target :$ 32.7688949852
----------------------------------------
Do i need to change the input target or is this done via ga-bitbot?

I edited by gene_def.conf to something more suitable to the market. It's
currently bidding, but im not winning anything so I need to do more tweaking.

Can you please explain more about how you adjusted yours to the market? I'm a
little lost and can't get mine to make bids that make sense? Can you post your
gene?
