I agree this is useful. I've even wrote a patch for it, but seemed to create some issues in the Graph view so it wasn't pulled in.

ktakayama has added a 'total controller', which displays the total revenue of all weeks.
Check out my branch, which has this change plus a few other improvements and bug fixes.

Heh. This was the first thing I wanted to change, too. So I did it, too. I added a total to the month headers, and a grand total to the table header.
