Hmm, ok. That's unexpected. I added --no-prompt and it worked without supplying the additional credential arguments. However, if I removed --git-credential-store "Library" the project was created, but none of the git configuration was set. I'm glad I was able to move forward, but that seems like strange behavior. Maybe the expectations around how those arguments are supposed to work together just isn't clear. Glad to update with any additional info that would be helpful.
