I am also seeing this in Chrome (same version) on Linux.

Got this as well on my machine, but had never seen it up until the serving of the files in Serban's server (atman.ro). The menus were working properly on HITEC servers and continue to do so locally. My take is that Serban's server is blocking some part of a .js function or alike. I'll mark this as wontfix for now and re-open if the problem persists.
