Complains about missing external slang on windows about falcor HOT 5 CLOSED

We have a fix for that in 'dev-3.0' branch.
We're running a validation cycle and we'll merge it to master early next week.

Tried in vs2015 after deleting and regetting the falcor folder, and deleting the packman cache, and it still failed, so doesn't seem to be a vs2015 / vs2017 problem.
I also tried manually downloading the version of slang and trying to put it in the right place(s) in both the packman cache and in the falcor folder, but no luck.

In case useful, several projects also complain about a missing lib at link time, when i tried to fix the slang problem manually by putting that version of slang in the externals folder to match the layout it was complaining about missing
15>LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'avcodec.lib'
