  • 2016-2018: Makerspace Coordinator & Tech Leader @ Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto

    • Developing ways of teaching Agile, SCRUM, & Computer Science to kids with open-source software. Helping social entrepreneurs to organize their ideas and present their concepts to LDSO students.
    • Also responsible for coordinating 3 activities related to computer science, during one month, with 6 students of Engineering responsible for lecturing 650+ high school students.
    • Providing tools, projects, and content to help kids to learn how to program in a fun way!
    • The biggest summer school in Europe was conducted by the University of Porto (Portugal) that bets on the promotion of knowledge among secondary level and college pupils (typically 11 to 17 years old).
    • I was a lecturer in the Coding for Kids initiative and Hackathon: Smart city. This was a one-day intensive workshop based on Raspberry Pi, Python, Sense HAT, Scratch, Hardware Sensors, LEDs, LEGO Mindstorms, and Virtual Reality. Almost 450 students throughout 1 month were taught!
  • 2014-2014: Junior Engineer @ TomTom - Remote

    • Correcting and flagging bugs in TOMTOM's Maps (Android).
  • 2013-2015: Technical Project Manager @ Self-employed - Remote
