Issue with Bone Eel attack state about nblood HOT 4 CLOSED

I have a save file that replicates the issue if it is helpful.

i just got done submitting the bug report for the HOM issue with polymost, and after playing a bit my save had this issue crop up.

Ok, so i've been poking around at this one, i've found a workaround that clears this specific case.
It may point to a bigger issue (uninitialized/improperly handled state) , its ugly, but I've submitted a pull request.

i may fire up build and relearn it, just to make a test map to slaughter a bunch of bone eels to make this easily reproducible.
