Profiling information unveiled USTAR_HEADER_PARSER.parse_block taking ≥ 99% of the execution time and USTAR_HEADER_PARSER.verify_checksum being the feature in parse_block that takes most time (≥ 86% of the execution time).

When using the finalized workbench, the execution time spent in verify_checksum drops to ~ 20% which is not that bad as 86% (but still leaves room for improvements). Furthermore, parse_string now takes ≥ 27% of the running time.

The running time improved a lot since we skip payload blocks
