Link delay not working about mini_internet_project HOT 4 OPEN

I would vote for adding the ms to the config files; this will also make it clearer what the delay is.
I will update the current configs.

A quick question: is it obvious that the link delay is not working, i.e. is there an error message? Or does it fail silently?

I can create a pull request with all the config files already changed if that makes it easier.

For the second part, it fails silently or at least I haven't seen any error messages.

Actually, I should not have closed this yet. We still have the issue of the errors being silent.

I don't have much time to look at this right now; do you have any ideas how we could reliably check whether the inputs are actually working for tc?

I don't really know but it seems to me that tc would print an error if run on its own and that there is no error showing up because the output of the delay_throughput.sh script is silenced in the startup.sh script.
