Well, thanks to #2 the RF24 makefile has been updated so when you run sudo make install it copies the header files to the correct location, so you should be able to use #include <RF24/RF24.h>
I haven't had a chance to update all the examples or the RF24Network makefile, but in the meantime, you can do the following:

cd to the RF24Network folder
sudo mkdir /usr/local/include/RF24Network
sudo cp *.h /usr/local/include/RF24Network/

Then use similarly
#include <RF24Network/RF24Network.h>
Hopefully that does the trick for now, but I'll get the network lib makefile and all the examples updated soon.
