VS 2017 15.6.7
Same error with VS 2017 15.7.0 Preview 5

I'll try again with 15.7.2, but it worked for me without issue on 15.8 preview 1.

Upgrading VS2017 is not an option for me right now.
I'll do a test with 15.7.3 when it's available.

I've managed to do a test with 15.7.2. Strangely enough, I still had the same issue on my dev machine. But using a clean vm, no issue (like you said).
So I've spent the whole day reinstalling my dev envrionment from scratch. And now it works ! So frustrating...
Anyway, thanks for your help!
