Support queue management system.

Installation

Via Composer

Create project:

composer create-project "novosga/novosga:^2.1" novosga2

Run app installation command and follow instructions:

export APP_ENV=prod
export LANGUAGE=pt_BR
export DATABASE_URL="mysql://user:pass@localhost:5432/novosgadb"

bin/console novosga:install

Via Docker

Documentation in the Novo SGA official docker repository.

Via Git

Clone repository:

git clone https://github.com/novosga/novosga.git novosga2

Then follow Composer install instruction.

Automated installation

To automated installation you need to set up the following environment variables before run novosga:install command:

Database

  • DATABASE_URL

Default administrator user

  • NOVOSGA_ADMIN_USERNAME
  • NOVOSGA_ADMIN_PASSWORD
  • NOVOSGA_ADMIN_FIRSTNAME
  • NOVOSGA_ADMIN_LASTNAME

Default unity

  • NOVOSGA_UNITY_NAME
  • NOVOSGA_UNITY_CODE

Default priority 0

  • NOVOSGA_NOPRIORITY_NAME
  • NOVOSGA_NOPRIORITY_DESCRIPTION

Default priority 1

  • NOVOSGA_PRIORITY_NAME
  • NOVOSGA_PRIORITY_DESCRIPTION

Default attendance place

  • NOVOSGA_PLACE_NAME

Como ativo o modulo de atendimento?

Prezados, baixei a ultima versão do sistema, mas quando vou no administrador e em modulos, não exibe nada. Como ativo o modulo de atendimento?

Como tornar a atualização da fila de senhas da tela de atendimento automática? - Versão 2.0.8

Olá pessoal, tudo bem?

Atualmente uso a versão 2.0.8 e após gerar a senha na triagem ou transferir para outro serviço, a senha não é exibida automaticamente, preciso atualizar a página.
O problema é que a Recepção irá transferir a senha para o Comercial que fica em uma sala fechada e não tem como saber quando tiver gente esperando, a ideia da fila é justamente para alertar o Comercial que tem cliente esperando.

Tenho como alterar isso direto no código?

Durante o atendimento ao iniciar o atendimento e clicar em erro de triagem, o rotulo dos campos de texto apresenta a seguinte mensagem (label.redirect.new_user).

No modulo de atendimento esta liberado informar numero de guichê 0 com isso nao apresenta a tela de chamada e também é informado numero de guichê negativo.

Ao finalizar o atendimento sem escolher o serviço atendido o titulo da mensagem de erro esta como, modal.erro.

Como utilizar a função erro de triagem

Como consigo utilizar a função erro de triagem? estou tentando redirecionar alguns aqui, mas aparece um modal notificando um erro no ajax, porém ele enviou corretamente, tanto que se atualizar a página não encontra mais aquele registro.
