Improves on UI about novnc HOT 4 CLOSED

This changes remove body margin/padding and show connection data (host, port and password) on single-line status bar:

Mesage: No VNC Ready.............................. [host] [port] [passwd] (Connect) (Settings) (Send Ctrl-Alt-Del)

@joseaio, Please create a fork so that I can pull and merge changes directly. Also, I would like to maintain the current styling of plain.css and black.css. I'm willing to accept other styles (even if it requires refactoring ui.js slightly) but I would like the currently styles to continue functioning and appearing basically the same.

I'm going to close the bug for now. If you address the issues then re-open the bug and I'll take a look again.

it's a good practice to apply 'name' attributes whenever you assign 'id' attributes to a tag. The values assigned to these attributes should be as a string. So, the tag 'td', with the attribute 'width', should have double quotes around the '1%' value assignment. However, I don't think it's even necessary to define a width attribute to a column, unless you're using the css 'overflow' attributes. In which case, you would use the appropriate css 'width' attribute to for the assignment anyway.
