I just pushed commit 67b24a9 which should add support for 3.7.

BTW, I am only testing Chrome (5.0.375.29) and firefox 3.5.3 on Ubuntu right now. You're mileage will probably vary with Safari.

The most likely problem you will encounter is that the only browser that currently support WebSockets nativley is Chrome. On other browsers, a flash WebSockets emulator is used. The problem is in the interaction of flash and javascript with regard to delivering events. In firefox I see them get reordered every now and then. I have code on the client and the proxy side that detects this and re-orders (up to 20 packets out of order).

With Opera, it appears that re-ordering of events is not the only issue and that events are often just dropped. I wouldn't be too surprised if Safari misbehaves with regard to event delivery too.
