Filesystem Handling about novelrt HOT 9 OPEN

We certainly do want to decide on a folder structure for point 2. We can discuss it in Discord. People who are interested in this ticket are welcome to join us there.

Could you clarify this a little?

So, two things -

1. Clarity: based on the differences of OS (i.e. Mac / Linux vs Windows) and compilation method (specifically building from VS vs. CMake) we would want to normalize how we look for files. For instance, we would want to be able to grab the working directory regardless of platform, and work from there when doing any file loading. Which brings me to point two below.

2. Do we want to "normalize" the directories we store files? I.e. a "res" or "Assets" folder?
