I cannot reproduce, but I'm very likely not doing what you're doing; your steps-to-reproduce are probably too generic.

Please post some sample text data (attaching a file is a good method) and a set of exact steps to perform on this data in order to duplicate this problem.

Adding screenshots at the right points is probably a good idea too.

O.k. Here is what I do:

1. Open a new empty file
   

2. Paste the content of the attached "sample text.txt" file
   

3. Although the pasted text has 90 lines, the last visible line is the 84th, while you should have in view the line number 90 with the caret at the end of it.

I have reproduced this behavior in the current SciTE editor (wscite541), the demo editor for the editing component that Notepad++ embeds. Because this same problem reproduced there in a similar way, I'd think that this should be considered a Scintilla bug and not a Notepad++ bug.
