Just a guess but if you made the new field “Customizeprocess.ReflectedWorkItemId”, you have to find/replace “TfsMigrationTool.ReflectedWorkItemId” for it in the rest of your config file

I tried that. But it's the same error. Only that it changes to:
Unhandled Exception: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Client.ValidationException: TF51005: The query references a field that does not exist. The error is caused by «[Customizeprocess.ReflectedWorkItemId]».

Also assuming that you have the [Customizeprocess.ReflectedWorkItemId] field added to all of your work items that could be found in that query?

The issue is that I have renamed the customized process but the reference name was still the original one. I changed to the actual Reference name and it works fine now. Thanks.
