You should always exclude Suits and Plans from a Work Item migration. Use only the TestPlansAndSuitsMigration for them... I am not sure that I implemented a filter...

@it98mek you cant tag plans and suits, only the work item that is associated.

@MrHinsh this is somewhat not correct. In fact, in PR #29, I actually implemented this feature, to allow filtering of Test Plans and Tests Suites according to tags.
@it98mek You can tag test suites and test plans in the work-items search of TFS, as they are ordinary work-items in terms of TFS WITs.
I actually used this approach to split a huge test plan with suites into smaller projects.
My original issue however can be closed now, as it is resolved by the PR and fixed already.
