deleting placed standard cells does not correctly clean up the logic model about degate HOT 3 CLOSED

I might have fixed this issue.

Please have a look at my degate fork, especially the branch fix_issue_8. I would appreciate if you could confirm
a) that the problem is gone for you, too and
b) that I have fixed it correctly and not broken anything else in the progress.

I am not sure if this is a proper fix, because I have yet to understand the module and net concepts.
