Slicer extension build issue

I'm reviewing extension builds for latest Slicer-4.13 version. This extension fails to build for current Slicer version:

USING the system VTK, set VTK_DIR=D:/D/P/Slicer-0-build/VTK-build

CMake Error at SuperBuild/External_niral_utilities.cmake:96 (find_package):
  Could not find a package configuration file provided by "niral_utilities"
  with any of the following names:

    niral_utilitiesConfig.cmake
    niral_utilities-config.cmake

  Add the installation prefix of "niral_utilities" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or
  set "niral_utilities_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files.
  If "niral_utilities" provides a separate development package or SDK, be
  sure it has been installed.

Is there still an intention to keep this extension available in 3D Slicer's extension manager?

AutoTract is writing over output in 3.PostProcess directory

If AutoTract stops in the middle of the tract generation (PostProcess) step and gets restarted, it will write over files in the 3.PostProcess directory rather than picking up where it left off.
