This has came up before in core dev meetings and it's probably worth looking into the record to get the full picture.
The conclusion from the top of my head is, we are not accepting these type of examples, as the examples should be about how to use the nilearn functions, rather than specific analysis.
There are labs that makes awesome tutorials and hosted it themselves, such as the site OP linked to. It would be duplicated effort for nilearn to make such tutorial. Also it will be a question as for who will maintain and up keep these tutorials.
An alternative nilearn can provide is to point people to the tutorials. However, this will also circle back to the previous point - who is going to ensure these content are up-to-date?
TL;DR - this request is out of scope.

Definitely not opposed to it.
Ideally it would have to be based on a dataset we already use for another example and also be a PPI that "makes sense" meaning that could represent what someone may do "in real life".
Any suggestions?
