rollup has released version 0.49.2 adressing the regressions
This is in the version range of [email protected] - so you can try whether this solves the bugs! Personally, I have not tried until now but will do tomorrow!

You should try to npm install / yarn install again and have working builds again!
Tested myself that a productive library is working now! Issue was try { foo() } catch (e) { return something(); } being dropped, resulting in empty function body. This function body is now included again!
