when removing this indicator the bottom artifact disappeared, but it "took with it" on of the indicator at the button
from ng-bootstrap.

the other artifact is disappeared when i removed the "active" class, since it broke the carousel I had to remove both "carousel-item" and active to see it, but then of course the carousel is not working properly

Could you share your minimal configuration in a StackBlitz?
