Hi @Hugsh, you're asking in the right place!
You're right this is a tree builder error.
The tree builder seems to have put the 20C defining mutation too early and put a reversion later for the non-20C. I'll see if I can fix this in the future.
Old clade and lineage assignments aren't necessarily stable since the tree is rebuilt for every dataset and we don't pay very close attention to these old clades/lineages as they are not what's of immediate interest at the moment.
The node numbers are not stable between builds by the way so don't attach any meaning to them, they are there so that nodes can be uniquely identified in a single build, but they don't mean anything across builds/datasets.
