@abusseymdsol, This issue is related to the last version o Node, 0.12.0, for grunt-sass lib, im using the v0.10.28 yet for some projects, so i can't reproduce the error.
I recommend you to use nvm: https://github.com/creationix/nvm. The issue is very common and affect many frameworks that use node-sass, grunt-sass.
