Feitian seems to have his own online system for distributing the seed (FOAS).
To be more clear.
if we rely on hte TOTP standard (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6238) and if Feitian supports it fully, the solution should be simple for you to intregate it in our component.

It would be enough to manage to store the "seed" key in a "custom" database. In our examples we do this with certificates and RSA keys.
The number displayed on the dongle (6 digits every 30s) could then be entered in the standard form (TOTP Code)

In a more sophisticated scenario based on an external partner (FOAS for example), it is possible to develop an extension as in the example concerning SMS, it can be one-way or two-way.
We have already build this type of extensions for Azure in our example and with private hardware gateways for some of our customers.

Regarding the products of Feidian all that comply with the WebAuthN protocol will be supported soon (FIDO / FIDO2 / Windows Hello) and more.
