It's planed, but it need time, a lot of time needed to figure out how DAP works and how should it works with vim.

I think it's just better and simpler to provide some integration or command to load the debugger plugin for Vimspector to consume?
It has done that for YCM: https://github.com/puremourning/vimspector#java
I already use Vimspector for several other languages, so maybe coc as a project could leave debugging aside for Vimspector, and just do the minimal effort for java in specific to be able to be consumed by Vimspector.
