This should be fixed once #145 lands.

Window.of(context).setMinimized(true); // minimizes the window
Window.of(context).setMinimized(false); // unminimizes the window
Window.of(context).setMaximized(true) // maximizes the window
Window.of(context).setMaximized(false) // unmaximizes the window

To get notifications when window state changes, you can subscribe to windowStateFlagsEvent

Window.of(context).windowStateFlagsEvent.addListener((newState) {... });

There is currently no way to maximize/minimize/restore window in native shell. What you're looking at are probably WindowStateFlags, which inform you about current window state. This is currently a priority, it should be added very soon.
