FrescoDrawee causing Image not to load on iOS about nativescript-fresco HOT 3 CLOSED

Using the <ios> and <android> tags in NativeScript + Angular project is not possible. In such scenarios you will need to use a different approach merging different platform specific HTML tags.

You can take a look at the implementation we have in our nativescript-ui-samples-angular repository. In that project take a look at the usage and implementation of the tkIfAndroid and tkIfIOS custom directives. The implementation of those directives can be found here and an example of how to use them here.

thanks, i used that approach and it seems to be working, although i can't use pipe directives in elements that use the tkIf directive. any suggestions?

throws an error on processThumbnail
