This feature is already available in npm version 1.0.15

@ignaciolarranaga Thanks for bringing that up, I upgraded the readme with the new import approach and pushed a minor update to npm so that the readme is up to date there also, you can check it here.

@triniwiz The demo application of the repo is working as expected, can you point me to a source code that shows any issues regarding using the nativescript-fresco plugin so I can take a look at it?
