@nzifnab - I don't have this problem in my app; changes to authorizers are reflected immediately in development.
Is it possible that you've done something with your config.autoload_paths
that would exclude the authorizers directory? When I do MyAppName::Application._all_autoload_paths
, I see everything in app
listed, including app/authorizers
.
I'm using using Rails 3.2.12 - what are you using?

Also on 3.2.12, and app/authorizers/
is in that autoloads path. I think there's something wonky with my development environment not specific to Authority
because sometimes I have to restart the app for a model change and sometimes I don't.... Not sure what's going on but I'm pretty sure it's not authority at this point. I'll figure it out :) Gonna close this.
