It doesnt. I need your settings.xml. Did you set correct "Frame scaling mode" in "Advanced Graphics" settings? Do you have ReShade installed?

Same for me it looks like its working in the debug view, but I definitely cant see any difference when pressing F3.

Ok. Follow the settings.xml. I don't have ReShade. I change the scale when the game starts, only.
