Added Support for multiple branches. Closed by 88f3f87

• New Route: /:repo/:ref which shows the commits since that ref.
• Altered Route: /:repo/commit/:commit and /:repo/tree/:tree which both now
  accept refs as well as commit ids.
• Altered Route: /:repo/tree/:tree which no longer fetches using a commit. It
  keeps both seperate. This also means the commit is not displayed on the tree
  page. This means that Ginatra::Repo#find_commit_by_tree is removed as there
  is no further use for it.
• Altered methods: Ginatra::Repo#commits and Ginatra::Repo#find_commit are
  both removed in favour of the #commit method that comes with Git::Repo.
