No, as Danbooru Downloader didn't track the downloaded file.
The only way to remove the file is by using Find/Search feature from windows and delete your file manually.

So it's not possible to have the downloader check for a blacklisted tag on the booru if it detects there's already an image with whatever filename scheme you have setup? It's either when it's downloaded or never at all?
