I found a work round of this issue, set env var http_proxy before launching the
program:
> set http_proxy=http://hostname:port
> "C:\Program Files\GMapCatcher\maps.exe"

This shouldn't strictly be a proxy feature.
This should be an alternating proxy feature. Where multiple proxies can be used
(Either by manual input or proxy list file) to establish connections and
download tiles.
